Mist Eliminator | CFD Simulation & Geometric Optimization

Mist eliminators are designed to separate entrained liquid droplets from gas streams, improving separation efficiency and reducing liquid carryover in industrial processes.

In this project, ANSYS Fluent was used to analyze the internal flow field and optimize the geometric parameters to improve separation performance and flow behavior.
