Durov's brother loves Kotés (Nikolai Durov)

While his brother Pavel handles the spotlight, Telegram's co-founder and coding genius Nikolai Durov is famously obsessed with kotés.

In the dev community, his official alias has always been 'Kot' (the linguistic root of Kote).

Rumor has it he’d even jokingly meow during deep coding sessions while building the foundation of TON. 🤣 He is quite literally the literal brain behind your favorite cat-app ecosystem. 😻
