By using any Sign channel listing or deal you agree to this TOS. The pinned post here is the one that counts.
Agreement
These terms apply to buyers sellers and anyone in a Sign deal. Reading a listing or joining a deal chat is enough.
Who is Sign?
Sign is proxy / MM. Sign is not the seller unless the listing says Sign stock. Sign is not Discord Telegram Instagram TikTok or any other platform.
Refuse
Sign can refuse or drop a deal without giving a reason.
Channels and fees
• Under $2k → main · 10% · $25 min
• The Floor → $500+ · 10%
• $2k+ → The Book and main · 8% either way
Fee is taken from the deal. Once Sign is in the deal the fee is owed.
Fees are final
Non-refundable if a side cancels the deal fails or time is wasted. Secure Service is also non-refundable once Sign has started the work.
If the deal reverses the principal goes back. Sign can still keep the fee for time already spent.
Crypto
Deals are priced in USD.
If the deal is paid in a volatile coin the same coin is paid out minus the fee unless the deal chat says stablecoin.
Sign does not send extra if the coin pumps. Sign does not top up if the coin dumps.
A rate Sign posts is only valid for the payment window Sign states. After that Sign can requote.
If you want a fixed USD payout use a stablecoin and say it before anyone pays.
Wallets
The address you send Sign is on you. Sign is not covering lost funds from a wrong wallet.
During the deal
Seller keeps the account accessible and working until Sign releases. If it locks or dies mid-deal the seller fixes it unless the deal chat said otherwise before.
If it locks during the deal Sign can help recover. Compensation is not guaranteed.
OGE
Seller warrants the original access they claim.
Fake OGE · swapped mail · void then unvoid with the real owner → seller fault. Deal can reverse.
Pullback
Agree it in the deal chat first.
If seller said OGE and PB shows it is not OGE the seller eats it.
If the access is real and PB / support locks or terms the account that is platform risk on the buyer unless warranty was agreed before.
Secure Service
@Genetic can secure OGE's Outlook for a fixed $25 fee
That $25 is for the work of checking and securing. It is not a warranty
Once Secures has started Secure Service the $25 is kept. No refund if:
• Pullback fails
• Secures will not complete because the account is dirty or @Genetic does not trust it
• The deal is reversed
• The account gets locked or pulled later through a method that could not be known during securing
If that happens @Genetic can reverse the deal. The account goes back. The deal money goes back. The $25 stays.
Release
Sign releases when both sides confirm they received what the deal chat said. Sign can hold if someone goes silent or lies.
After the sale
Once confirmed the deal is closed. Buyer holds the account. No refund for bans limits recoveries or change of mind unless seller fraud is proven or warranty was agreed before purchase.
After release it is the buyer’s job to swap mail 2FA and ownership. Sign delivered at the time of sale.
Usernames voided or claimed after the deal are not Sign’s. That risk is on the buyer.
No bypass
Do not finish the deal off Sign after Sign is already in it. The fee still stands.
Disputes
Keep it in the deal chat. Sign decides. Ignoring Sign is not a win.
Warranty only counts if it was written in the deal chat before payment.
