Signal Reports I have found the telescopic whip antenna and tested its SWR (Standing Wave Ratio) — Results came out to be predictably disappointing and not recommended for receiving even. Despite its feature being flexible in extending the length (which matters for VHF/UHF)…
And the material of the whip doesn't appear to be conductive, it does not react to the human hand (which would increase the noise floor by a bit) and multimeter results led to no response. the SMA connector is attached and functional, while the antenna itself is of no use. You'd be better off using a dummy load antenna than this one.
