Shokhrukh Unfiltered | College Admissions

Here we go with the UCL offer🥲

She also got into UCL but hasn't shared the offer letters, will share once I get them.

Wow, it's been a while since I last posted anything! All going well, cranking on some IB deals these days.

But it's always good to hear my students just texting now and then about great news like these

Thanks a lot for everyone who signed up! I'm hopefully going to open more slots depending on my bandwidth, but till then, stay tuned for admissions related content!🫡

Assalam alaykum!

I’m opening 10 spots to work closely with students applying to colleges this fall.

If you’re targeting the US, UK, Canada, Europe, or East Asia and you’re serious about getting into strong universities, this is for you.

If you know your profile has potential but you’re not sure how to position it properly, text me: @shoh_nur1

I was helping a friend with his MBA applications and am super glad he got into a top business school IESE (ranked #4 in the world) with a scholarship of 40,000 Euros! This is one of the best business schools with strong connections in the consulting industry. So if you plan to go into management consulting, this uni is your golden ticket/

for better quality

It's been a month of Sundays since I last made a post. Alright, we are pretty much done with the app season, and I wanted to share the acceptances that my students received for the Fall 2026.

So, out of all the 102 offers, nearly half of the univerisities are ranked Top 100 in QS World University Rankings. Really proud of my students and hoping for even more fruitful admissions year ahead!

Super Important!

Girls Who Code applications close today (April 15, US time).

If you’re a girl considering anything in tech, this is a clean, low-risk way to get exposure, learn tech skills, build something real, and add signal to your profile.

Here are the lyrics if you are curious 😁:

Shokhrukh Unfiltered!
No more sugar-coated scripts, we peeling back the mask,
(Peeling back the mask)
Transparent with the process, that's the only way to last.
(Way to last)
Flashes on the glass, that's the notification ring,
We don't do the cap, we just focus on the win.
From the trenches of the prep to the Ivy gates we walk,
Heavyweight letters, let the paper do the talk.
Opaque advice dead, we the clarity in motion,
Taking all the top spots, crossing every ocean.
(Crossing every ocean)
Columbia, Georgetown, NYU on the tab!
UCLA, UC Berkeley, yeah we taking what they have!
U Michigan banners, we the kings of the scene!
Shokhrukh Unfiltered, yeah the pathway is clean!
Columbia, Georgetown, NYU on the tab!
U Michigan, Berkeley, the world is in our grasp!
Shokhrukh Unfiltered!
No more sugar-coated scripts, we peeling back the mask,
(Peeling back the mask)
Transparent with the process, that's the only way to last.
(Way to last)
Flashes on the glass, that's the notification ring,

Heavyweight letters, let the paper do the talk.
Opaque advice dead, we the clarity in motion,
Taking all the top spots, crossing every ocean.
(Crossing every ocean)
Shokhrukh Unfiltered. No cap. Just results.
The gates are open. We out.

AI is coming for singers big time😬

Here's another cool volunteering activity you guys should consider doing to boost your profile:

https://www.7cups.com/listener/become-a-volunteer-listener.php

It's essentially a platform where you can help others online across the globe with mental health. You will need to go through some training first and then hit the ball rolling!

Remember to be consistent, 3-4 sessions per week (or even more) non-stop until you apply to colleges shows that you don't just do stuff couple of times for name sake but that you've got a burning passion.

Since it's a perfect timing to start prepping for SAT, here's a cool opportunity for you.

Join the free SAT bootcamp hosted by schoolhouse in collab with CollegeBoard: https://schoolhouse.world/sat-bootcamp?utm_source=educator-invite-apr25&utm_medium=sendgrid&utm_campaign=apr-25

This is recommended for students standing between 400-690 on math or reading/writing sections.

If you are above 700, you can apply for tutorship (which is a cool activity to show to colleges!)

Peace!
