About Profility
Profility is a fast-growing health-tech startup that helps U.S. hospitals and rehabilitation centers make better decisions for patients transitioning between levels of care - for example, from a hospital to a rehab facility or to home care. Our technology automatically reads and analyzes medical documents, using AI to extract the critical clinical information care teams need. This reduces manual work, saves time, and helps providers make faster, more accurate decisions about the next level of care.

We work with healthcare organizations across the United States, and our platform combines AI-powered document extraction, smart clinical logic, and seamless integrations with customer systems.

What does the role involve?
Testing and analyzing our product, training AI, taking part in developing new features, reviewing medical documents, identifying errors, and improving quality.
The work requires accuracy, organization, responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Who might be a fit?
• A doctor who isn't looking for clinical work and wants something stable for the long term. Olim Hadashim with completed medical education abroad are welcome to apply.
• Someone who's comfortable working at a computer, has a technology background, pays attention to detail, is organized, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can work as part of a team.
• Someone with an affinity for technology and management skills, who learns quickly and gets along well with computers and technology.

Work Environment & Logistics
Remote-first role, with a visit to the Haifa office once every two weeks
Full-time position
Working days: Sunday-Thursday, starting at 09:00 AM Israel time (can be discussed)
Fast-paced startup environment with a lot of ownership
Close collaboration with teammates across multiple countries

Requirements:
Very high level of English: mandatory
Medical degree (MD) completed. Olim hadashim with a foreign degree are welcome.
Availability during daytime hours: mandatory
Affinity for computers and technological understanding
