hi everyone! this is laima and ira. we are co-founders of shell(f) – the communal library in belgrade. we started the project in september 2023 and now it has two shelves: one in nekrasova bar and one in flat community. we believe that reading should be accessible to everyone, which is why the library is free. our project originally united russian-speaking immigrants, but there are many books in english on its shelves, so now we're ready to make our community international, to make it bigger. in the next posts we'll tell you more about how the library works: how to pick up a book, how our bot in telegram works and how to donate your own books to the library if you have any
