It has been almost 2 weeks and Moscow STILL hasn't named what killed a healthy 28-year-old scientist at a plague lab. Any certified lab can test for this in a few hours, so what's the holdup?

Instead of being transparent, Russia has quarantined 200 people and warned everyone to stop asking questions. Now, China has quietly tightened its border controls.

If this was just normal pneumonic plague, why not just say so? Unless... was Russia altering this plague in a way it CAN'T name without major consequences?
