🇪🇸A 36-year-old Moroccan migrant with more than a dozen previous police records has been arrested in Zaragoza, Spain, for stabbing a minor 18 times after the boy refused to lend him a lighter.
Doctors documented 18 wounds to the victim’s face, neck, scalp, nape, chest, back and right arm.
