New Day, New Week, New Objectives, New Starters, New Clients, New Functionality and this week we start our community testing program - Forms will be live today for participation (*link* will be published on our Telegram, Discord and Twitter channels accordingly). We need both individuals that have been already successfully verified by Sekuritance as well as those that have never been verified - so everyone is free to participate. We cannot promise remuneration for services to everyone as prohibited country issues still apply but we are thinking of other ways how to thank everyone that participates but we cannot give any promises at this stage - all depends on what the rules, regulations and guidelines allow us to do in these circumstances.

Also - our marketing team is working with 2 new influencers, in discussion with 2 CEXs, chasing token lists for recognition, amending the website and updating the whitepaper with the latest roadmap and functionality and also preparing to engage with new 3rd parties to enhance market penetration.

UPDATE on the joint marketing promotion with Axion and their MaxStaker Program.

We would have liked to have this exercise finalised much earlier but our legal teams have been working round the clock with their counterparts in several jurisdictions and we depend heavily on their direction before anything gets executed. It is for this reason that we invested in having not one but 2 legal personnel on the payroll to ensure we not only do everything above board but also in a proactive manner where possible.

Even though this initiative is entirely discretionary and promotional, we do apologise for the delay in finalising this initiative as we would have liked to stick to the timelines given from the start but these are new initiatives for us and we are learning as we go along, adapting along the way and always making sure we are compliant with all the rules and regulations of the various jurisdictions. We are here to make a positive difference to the industry and the financial system bridges and not to challenge, disrupt or upset any regulator or authority in any jurisdiction so we must respect the guidelines and rules and regulations at all cost and at all times.

The reality is that several hundred people who showed interest in the campaign are not eligible as they fall under the “individuals in the prohibited country list” section and we categorically cannot and will not engage with individuals from the prohibited countries list, which list includes the USA and others but is not limited to: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Burma, Central African Republic, China, Democratic Republic of Congo, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, Cote D’Ivoire, the Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, Egypt, Herzegovina, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Macedonia, Moldova, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, The United States of America, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.

Moreover, unfortunately the basic details collected in the “Participation Interest Form” were not deemed as sufficient by our internal compliance teams, so for all those that were originally screened to be eligible, we have been requested by our legal teams to retrieve more details and perform a due diligence exercise on each eligible participant from the non-prohibited country list before any distribution takes place. As a result, we will be communicating the extended measures to these individuals in due course and coordinating with the internal departments to deliver the report as requested by our legal department. In retrospect we should have been more proactive and asked for the enhanced information from the get go but we are where we are and we will learn from this too.

We cannot give an indication right away on the new date of finalising the exercise but our marketing team will be working on this first thing tomorrow morning and as usual we will communicate in due course when there are updates.

It is amazing seeing soo many thousands of individuals showing interest and the count of holders growing in our project, which is literally only 1 month old in this space and it gives us courage and motivation to ensure we continue on our delivery path.

We would not like this exercise to divert the focus of our teams who are working hard on the Sekuritance Solutions. We understand that there will be individuals who might be disappointed at their ineligibility or annoyed at the delays introduced but your support is greatly appreciated. Our teams are working on all front to ensure the success, longevity and growth of our community, product embracing and new audience introduction. We operate in the RegTech and RiskTech space and our vision is to become the number 1 goto aggregated portal for such solutions worldwide and cross financial realms, for both corporations and individuals alike.

We have reached out to Coingecko to update the circulating supply and the market cap as well as sent reminders to the CoinMarketCatp Teams to have our tokens listed on their site which is now well overdue by serveral weeks - hopefully we will get positive replies shortly.

Just a quick note to announce that we are undergoing final testing of our new Onboarding Due Diligence Solution - both from a backend and frontend! We are testing the flow as well as stress testing whilst simulating thousands of entries per second with realistic file upload expectations and so far it has proven successful. We expect to send out the invitation to the community to participate in this final approach in the coming days. Out of those that apply we will select a handful at random and other will get the opportunity to test the next wave of updates.

Some facts on the SKRT airdrop to the eligible Axion MaxStakers

1) as part of the promotion, the filtering & distribution is not being handled by the Sekuritance Team but by our partners
2) the first batch of emails have gone out and distribution is expected before end of Sunday 20th June
3) Second batch of emails and distribution will follow straight after - please be patient
4) Our partners will be using the TrustSwap vesting engine for the distribution smart contract and they will be vested for 6 months dropping slowly into your claimable amount

This Week:

⁃ Today the first few thousand emails to the Axion AirDrop eligible participants have been drafted and being sent out

⁃ We sent out an offer letter to a potential Technical Operations Manager candidate
⁃ We have 3 strategic partner discussions with firms in the UK, Malta and Dubai on utilisation of our platform and network and their affiliates
⁃ We are designing an Affiliate Management solution to help the community participate deeper in the operations of the company and be rewarded accordingly with dashboard, screens, reporting, and more visibility through (will take time to iron out but we are on the right path)
⁃ We are finalising the last remaining refund/claim requests still pending

Good morning All,

We can confirm that TODAY you will have the option to stake your SKRT tokens on the TrustSwap Portal as the initiative is set to go live soon - we will follow during the day with more announcements and procedures on how to do this - it is a unique opportunity to not only give you access to all of the upcoming Sekuritance Network UI functionality but also a way to get more credits for your participation!

We also finalised the backend development of 2 more FinTech features which allows bank account in bulk to be validated as being well constructed (super important for any company doing bank transfers in bulk) as well as enhanced DeviceID analysis.

From an HR Points of View:

1) We are Happy to Welcome *Anna Berlinska* as our Partnerships and Business Development Manager - Anna started last Friday and is already gearing up for delivery. As announced earlier last week, we have started a plan with our marketing agencies whereby twice a month we plan to have live AMA with each of our employees and colleagues so that the community and the corporate team will be always in sync and transparent - what we are working on - where we are headed - what challenges lie ahead - what we plan to achieve - feedback - suggestions - etc

2) We have a CMBDO (Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer) starting next Monday - quite a bombastic title but well deserved as marketing without business development objectives does not make sense for us so we have lots to cover there

3) We are going to start process all the customer support applications we got and recruit within the coming days

4) We have secured another full time front end developer for our solutions and 2 more backend developers.

From an organisations points of view:

1) We are tweaking our CRM to be more efficient internally as well as our helpdesk system to implement more response time efficiency

2) We are looking at the tens of LISTING opportunities we have been presented with to see which ones benefit the project and the community the most

We have way more updates to communicate and we will find more structured ways to do that but for today - this is it.
