In the US, the Securities Exchange Commission (#SEC) has announced it is doubling its #crypto unit enforcement headcount, and will soon be 50 overall.

Few things strike me about this:

💬 A regulatory body is coming out strong on enforcement. Very strong. 👮 That's new.

🔮 The SEC is crystal clear and notes an emphasis on #DeFi platforms, lending and staking activities, #NFTs & #stablecoins

💬 We are turning a corner on consumer and investor protections. This is good news for crypto adoption but not without growing pains and we are here to help this transition! So spread the word!

🔮 Of course all other jurisdictions are bound to follow this path so the markets are global!
