Vitality Residence | Construction Update – July 2026

Vitality Residence is now 96% complete and has entered the final stage before handover.

Major construction works have been completed, final authority approvals are underway, and only minor finishing touches remain. Every apartment is now undergoing final quality inspections to ensure it meets the highest standards.

We look forward to welcoming the first residents very soon.
