PhotoGIMP — CSS/Windows, Linux, and MacOS
This patch rebuilds GIMP 3.0+'s tool layout, shortcuts, and panels to match Adobe Photoshop's, so switching over doesn't mean relearning where everything lives. Bracket-key brush sizing carries over too.
