研究表明，患者接受实验性药物zilebesiran和标准治疗的患者比接受标准治疗的患者血压降低得更大。该药物通过阻止肝脏中的关键蛋白质，帮助血管放松。研究人员称，这种持久的方法可以使患者更容易控制自己的血压。
