保护面部识别和色彩视觉的突破
科学家们通过在数千个实验室培养的人类视网膜模型中测试超过2700种化合物，找到了几种可以保护锥细胞的分子，锥细胞负责阅读、识别面部和色彩。他们还找到了一个与钙钾激酶1相关的关键保护机制，提供了治疗的新目标。
