研究人员在肯塔基大学发现了阿尔茨海默病患者常常在记忆丧失之前就难以入睡的新原因。该研究由桑德斯-布朗老龄化中心的研究人员领导，揭示了tau蛋白“劫持”脑的能量供应，导致脑部处于过度兴奋状态，无法获得恢复性休息。
