科学家发现细菌杀死switch并可能改变对超级细菌的斗争
科学家们正在寻找新的抗生素靶点来应对日益难以治疗的耐药细菌。研究人员发现几个无关的病毒会disable细菌细胞壁构建所必需的关键蛋白质MurJ。高分辨率成像显示这些病毒蛋白质锁定MurJ到单一位置，从而停止细胞壁的构建，导致细菌死亡。
