关节细胞行为揭示骨骼生长障碍的新靶点
研究表明，骨骼生长障碍（Achondroplasia）导致的短肢矮小症与神经系统症状和并发症有关，这主要是由于脊髓周围的骨骼结构狭窄。尽管短肢矮小症是最常见的矮小症原因，但其机制仍未被充分分析，因此当前的治疗方法不够有效。
