雷特综合征中的脑血管渗漏与微RNA有关
麻省理工学院的研究人员发现，导致雷特综合征的两种常见基因突变各自触发了一条分子链反应，破坏大脑血管的结构完整性，导致渗漏。研究表明，微RNA-126-3p的过表达是问题的根源，降低其水平有助于修复血管缺陷。
