帕金森病患者脑内多巴胺产生细胞逐渐丧失，导致颤抖、僵硬和运动迟缓。研究人员正在进行一项临床试验，尝试通过在运动中枢植入实验室培养的干细胞来替代丢失的细胞，恢复大脑自身的多巴胺产生功能。
