Dear all, we are looking for PhD students and Post-docs for developing computational methods for predicting single-cell drug sensitivities using the lineage tracing techniques. The ReSisTrace technique allows tracing the drug sensitivity and molecular profiles of single cells in cancer (https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.07.06.498926v1.abstract). We need computational expertise to develop mathematical models to understand drug resistance and predict novel drugs or targets for improving treatment efficacy. More details of my research topics can be found at: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=6sNdZq8AAAAJ&hl=en. Please contact me via jing.tang@helsinki.fi if interested. Thanks!  Sorry for multiple posts here:)
