📢 Новая система регистрации на ITMO Speaking Club 📢

Разбираемся, как это работает:
1️⃣ В начале каждого месяца мы публикуем расписание встреч. В посте будут ссылки на регистрацию через ITMO Events.
2️⃣ Если вы студент или сотрудник ИТМО — просто войдите через свой ITMO ID и зарегистрируйтесь на встречу.
3️⃣ Если вы не студент и не сотрудник ИТМО — сначала зарегистрируйтесь в ITMO Events, а затем запишитесь на нужную встречу.

🔖Важный момент: пропуск и регистрация через ITMO Events действуют в течение всего семестра — повторно проходить регистрацию для каждой встречи не нужно. Сам пропуск придёт вам на электронную почту за день до мероприятия.

📎При этом перед каждой встречей мы будем публиковать отдельную Google Form. Она нужна только для того, чтобы собрать информацию о тех, кто планирует прийти на конкретное занятие.

💞 Очень ждём вас на наших встречах в этом семестре! Будем рады видеть всех — как тех, кто уже знаком с Speaking Club, так и тех, кто приходит впервые!

📢 New registration system for ITMO Speaking Club 📢

Here’s how the new system works:
1️⃣ At the beginning of each month, we’ll publish the schedule with links to registration via ITMO Events.
2️⃣ If you are an ITMO student or employee — simply log in with your ITMO ID and register for the meeting.
3️⃣ If you are not an ITMO student or employee — first create an account in ITMO Events, then sign up for the meeting.

🔖One important thing: your pass and ITMO Events registration are valid for the entire semester, so you won’t need to go through the registration process again for every meeting. Your pass will be sent to your email one day before the event.

🧷However, before each meeting, we’ll also share a separate Google Form. It is only used to collect information about participants attending that particular meeting.

💞 We’re looking forward to seeing you at our meetings this semester! Everyone is welcome — whether you’ve been to Speaking Club before or are joining us for the first time!

🎓✨ University Pass For ITMO Graduates Announcement

Great news for our graduates! We’re happy to share that the Graduate Pass application process has officially resumed following the approval of a new university access policy at ITMO.

Under the updated regulations, graduates can now apply for a pass to access the university. The pass is issued until the end of the academic year from the date of registration. 

⚡️ How to apply (Speaking Club graduates):
To receive your pass, please fill in the Google Form linked below. Once your pass is ready and approved, we will contact you!

For any questions, please contact Tania (@T02s15) 

Important: Graduates must follow the same on-campus rules as students. In case of violations, the pass may be blocked.
