congrats everyone on the March test
the exam is over, which means two things
1) you are free
2) i am jobless
so if anyone is in preparation for the May test and is looking for tutoring, there are vacant spots!

З.Ы. на канале продолжат выходить приколы наподобие поста в реплае, для самостоятельной подготовки хорошо подойдёт

hey babieees (like actual babies, not in a flirtatious way)
i'll be flying back to uni between the 27th and the 28th
четвержные, уроки скорее всего переносятся на это воскресенье
пятничные, вас перелёт коснуться не должен, но если что, я уведомлю

there's a thing CIS citizens do not seem to realize — how blessed we are by Russian colonization
bilingualism, though potentially affecting the proficiency of both languages, does have some intriguing benefits
y'all, no matter who you are specifically — Kazakh, Uzbek, Azerbaijani — think surprisingly similarly to language models
artificial intelligence does not know why "wing" is the same as "қанат" but is somehow able to link them to one another
билингвальные дети зачастую фокусируются на смысле слов, а не переводе, ибо переводить с русского на родной и наоборот во время беседы занимает неоправданно много времени
when it comes to reading, bilinguality often leads to the absence of a common phenomenon — subvocalization
проговаривать каждое слово про себя не является эффективным, поэтому некоторые порой даже не могут вспомнить язык текста, что только прочитали — зато прекрасно помнят смысл
субвокализация — это очень интересно, но порой пагубно, поэтому, пожалуйста, apply the blurting method if you feel the need to get rid of it

December int 2

creep (deformation...)

exhibited a lower minimum creep rate

the passage itself is fairly comprehensible, bu-u-ut

why is A wrong?

Practice Test 8 spoilers

it is imperative you notice the context clues and logical indicators

radial symmetry, usually starlike

you don't know "radial"? no worries, you do for sure know "starlike"
thought to have evolved...

immediate alarm call. why not just "having evolved" — why exactly "thought to have evolved"?
applying genomic knowledge

to what end tho? why is the genomic knowledge of acorn worms so necessary?

parentheses are often used to "hide" useless info. granted, so far in SAT, they have always contained very valuable data.

думайте...

sat stuff dependent clause
whether dependent or independent, a clause is a subject and a verb

but which is not a subject! you always called them relative clauses during the lessons, not dependent ones!

ehh, well, i lied😁

на самом деле, dependent clauses come in all shapes and sizes!

Kanat, who is a student, ate a doner.
A doner that is desired by many was right there.
Coca-Cola, which I really like, is still not as good as Dr. Pepper.

I love Coca-Cola, though I love doners more.
I am here because you called me.

That you're crazy about me I know.
I know where it is.

Dependent clauses are divided into relative (сюда же те самые essential/non-essential clauses, о которых все говорят), adverb (имеет при себе subordinating conjunction), and noun (по сути, выполняет роль существительного) types.
