☄️ #Tip of the Day
What EBRW 700+ Scorers Do Differently When Preparing for the SAT
📌1) They focus on what matters most
"Give me six hours to chop down a tree, and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe."
— Abraham Lincoln, 16th U.S President
Many students do endless practice and still score low, and most of them share one problem they don't like to admit: they struggle with Module 2 reading passages. If that sounds like you, there's no shortcut. Read challenging English every day: articles, books, even poetry. Keep going until SAT passages feel easier than they ever have.
📈2) They learn from every answer choice
"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
— Thomas Edison, American Inventor and Businessman
When you miss a question, don't just check the right answer and move on. The correct choice is only one of four. The other three are where the real lessons are. Figure out exactly why each wrong answer is wrong, because the test will use the same traps again.
🔝 3) They stay consistent (the most underrated)
"The cowards never started, and the weak died along the way. That leaves us."
— Phil Knight, Founder of Nike
Behind every high score are quiet daily habits: reading, reviewing questions, and learning new words. For top students, skipping even one day feels like a step backward. Small gains made every day will always beat bursts of perfect effort in the long run.
Consistency > Occasional Perfection
