Aydana's reflection on her journey with us:
When I first came to Makon in June, I had a good understanding of basic English and math, but I knew almost nothing about the SAT itself. After studying in their August advanced group and then continuing to prepare on my own, I was able to achieve this score. Honestly, I put so much work into preparing that I wasn't even nervous during the test. Looking back, my progress in just three months was huge, and I genuinely doubt I could have made the same progress through self-studying alone. I'm really grateful to both of my mentors, Mr. Boburjon and Mr. Xuzayfa, who sometimes overloaded us with work (PDFs, articles, practice tests, vocab words). But it was all worth it) My groupmates, the mentors' support, and the fun lessons made the whole experience feel like being part of a family and kept me going even when things got difficult. Both mentors helped me build strong foundation while also teaching me practical strategies for tackling different types of questions. This helped me not only understand the concepts but also improve my actual test performance. So, if you're looking for a supportive community and genuinely good teachers, I think you should give Makon a try!
