Sasha Bezrodnova, the founder of Ocean Dance and developer of Somatic Relating, is gonna give a class in warm pool.
Ocean Dance is a way of meeting — with yourself, with the Others, with Nature — at the level of essence. Remembering that you are part of the Mother Ocean.

It is a form of contact improvisation dance in water, where movement is not decided, but listened to.
Partners follow what unfolds in between their bodies and the Water itself, and encounter new states of consciousness, levels of connectedness and experience of being.

This method of teaching is rooted in somatic movement and eco-somatics, creating ground for freedom of movement, body and spatial awareness, non-invasive interaction, and authentic expression. Which eventually leads to embodied experience of unity with partners and Nature.

It is a developmental path that takes adults into new levels of experiencing their existence.

In the class you'll practice principles that focus your attention and manifest in your movement, bringing depth and fun to the interaction with others, yourself and the world.
