岗位职责：
✔️处理交易所用户的咨询、投诉及问题反馈；
✔️协助完成用户身份认证（KYC）审核流程；
✔️统计并分析用户问题，输出数据报告；
✔️梳理客服标准话术与FAQ内容；
✔️解答关于项目上线、交易所活动、代币等相关问题。

任职要求：
✅有数字资产交易所客服或客诉经验；
🟢熟悉KYC流程与常见问题；
✅熟练使用Excel、Google Sheets等数据工具；
🇬🇧🇨🇳🇰🇷英语/韩语沟通顺畅，能独立完成用户服务；

Responsibilities:
✅Handle user inquiries, complaints, and issue resolution for the exchange;
✅Assist with KYC process and user identity verification;
✅Analyze user issues and compile data reports;
✅Develop and refine standard response scripts and FAQs;
✅Provide accurate answers about token listings, platform events, and crypto projects.

Requirements:
✅Experience in crypto exchange support or customer service;
🟢Familiarity with KYC procedures and compliance;
✅Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools;
🇬🇧🇨🇳🇰🇷Fluent in Chinese, English or Korean, able to communicate independently;
💸Solid understanding of blockchain basics and leading crypto projects.
