New York open — 1pm GMT. Second wave of volume. Often confirms or reverses the London move. High impact news usually drops here.

Overlap — 1pm to 4pm GMT. London and New York both active. Highest volume of the day. Best conditions for clean entries.

Avoiding trades outside these windows especially in dead hours late Asian session will cut a lot of your losing trades instantly.
