Reina's Terms of Service By using any of Rein'as listings, services, or deals, you automatically agree to these terms.
● Cryptocurrency Transactions Only All transactions facilitated through our platform will exclusively involve cryptocurrencies.
● Service Fee Rein'as proxy fee is 10% of the total deal value, with a minimum of $15. Reina's MM Fees is 2% of the total deal value, with a minimum of $5 - This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount sent during the transaction.
● Market Volatility Cryptocurrency prices are subject to fluctuations. We are not responsible for any market changes or associated gas/sending fees.
● Prohibited Transactions Illegal transactions or fraudulent activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
● Wallet Address Responsibility Providing an accurate wallet address is the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will not be held liable for any loss of funds resulting from an incorrect address.
● Funds Release Policy Funds held by the middleman will only be released after both parties confirm that they have received their respective goods.
● Account Sales & Liability Once an account has been successfully transferred and secured by the buyer, the buyer assumes full responsibility. Any bans, suspensions, restrictions, recoveries, username claims, loss of access, or platform actions occurring after the buyer has secured the account are the buyer's sole responsibility, unless otherwise agreed upon explicitly before payment in the official deal chat. The seller is only responsible for issues occurring before the account is secured by the buyer.
● OGE / Original Access The seller is responsible for all OGE and original access claims. Fake OGE, swapped email, fraudulent ownership, or recovery by the legitimate owner may result in listing removal.
● Proxy / Third-Party Accounts Reina may act as an intermediary for third-party sellers. The account does not belong to Reina, and Reina is not responsible for its condition, history, ownership, security, or future availability. The original seller is responsible for all claims made before the deal. Reina provides no warranty unless one is explicitly agreed upon in the official deal chat before payment.
● Account Security Service Reina may offer account securing for a fixed fee agreed upon in the deal chat. This covers the work only and is not a warranty. Once started, the fee is non-refundable. Sami may refuse if the account appears compromised, suspicious, or unsuitable.
● After the Sale Once both parties confirm receipt, the deal is closed and final. Sami is not responsible for anything occurring after release. After release, the buyer is fully responsible for securing the account, including email, password, 2FA, recovery information, and ownership details. Sami does not guarantee future availability, security, value, or functionality after release unless a written warranty was agreed before payment.
● Warranty A warranty is only valid if clearly written and agreed upon in the official deal chat before payment. Verbal agreements, assumptions, deleted messages, or private conversations do not count.
● Dispute Resolution If a dispute arises, both parties are encouraged to communicate directly and work toward a mutually agreeable solution. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, Reina may review the available evidence, including the official deal chat and relevant transaction details, and make a final decision regarding the dispute. Both parties agree to cooperate and provide any information reasonably requested during the dispute process. Reina's decision will be based on the information and evidence available at the time of review.
● Communication Both parties must remain responsive throughout the deal. Failure to respond within a reasonable timeframe may result in delays, cancellation, or intervention at our discretion.
