Two things can be true at once.
Of course we need data centers and of course, there should be a lot of scrutiny about where they are located that hasn't happened in the past - particularly as the hyper scale data centers are not the data centers of yesterday.
The hyper scale data centers are larger on a scale that is hard to imagine, unless you have seen them physically.
So, yes - the plans need to get in front of communities, they need to be scrutinized. And then good decisions about where to locate them need to be made.
