Вместе с тем развитие межпарламентских связей и парламентской дипломатии способствует укреплению международных позиций Таджикистана, расширению конструктивного сотрудничества и представлению инициатив страны на международной арене.
Осознавая ответственность, следует отметить, что деятельность законодательного органа в современных условиях, прежде всего, направлена на защиту национальных интересов, обеспечение стабильности в обществе и создание благоприятных условий для дальнейшего развития страны.
Пользуясь этой знаменательной возможностью, ещё раз поздравляю членов Маджлиси милли, депутатов Маджлиси намояндагон, ветеранов парламента Таджикистана и всех наших соотечественников с этим знаменательным праздником и желаю каждому из них крепкого здоровья, семейного благополучия, новых успехов в ответственной государственной и общественной деятельности, а независимому Таджикистану прочного мира и стабильности, дальнейшего процветания и созидательного будущего.

Dear members of the Majlisi milli and deputies of the Majlisi namoyandagon,
Veterans of the Tajik Parliament!
I sincerely congratulate all of you on the Day of the Majlisi Oli - Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, which is celebrated annually on September 26.
Parliamentarianism is one of the most important institutions of modern statehood and plays a particularly significant role in strengthening the political and legal system of every state.
The Parliament of the Republic of Tajikistan, as the representative body of the people and the highest legislative body, plays an important role in shaping the legal policy of the state, expressing the interests of society, and creating the legal foundations for the sustainable development of the country.
The Parliament of independent Tajikistan began its activities during exceptionally difficult and sensitive periods under the leadership of the Leader of the Nation, Honourable Emomali Rahmon, and made a significant contribution to restoring peace and stability, strengthening national unity, and establishing the country’s legal system.
The country’s legislative activity is continuously being improved, taking into account the values of national statehood, the interests of society, and advanced international experience, thereby creating favorable legal conditions for protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, ensuring the rule of law, and advancing various spheres of the country’s life.
Today, the members of the Majlisi milli and deputies of the Majlisi namoyandagon, fully aware of their high responsibility to the state and nation, make a significant contribution to the drafting and adoption of laws, representing the interests of the people, and addressing important issues of public life.
At the same time, the development of interparliamentary relations and parliamentary diplomacy contributes to strengthening Tajikistan’s international standing, expanding constructive cooperation, and promoting the country’s initiatives on the international stage.
With a deep sense of responsibility, it should be emphasized that, under present conditions, the activities of the legislative body are primarily aimed at protecting national interests, ensuring stability in society, and creating favorable conditions for the country’s further development.
Taking this opportunity, I once again extend my sincere congratulations to the members of the Majlisi milli, deputies of the Majlisi namoyandagon, veterans of the Parliament of Tajikistan, and all our compatriots on this significant occasion. I wish each of you good health, family well-being, and new achievements in your responsible state and public service, and wish independent Tajikistan lasting peace and stability, continued prosperity, and an even brighter and more prosperous future.
