The Kentler Project (also known as the "Kentler Experiment") was a horrific, state-sanctioned program in West Berlin, Germany, where neglected and homeless children were intentionally placed as foster children with known pedophiles from the late 1960s until the early 2000s. The project was led by Helmut Kentler, a prominent German psychologist and sexologist.

Ah yes those horrific commies who stood against these western values.
