On October 15, 1959, the Soviet KGB agent Bohdan Stashynsky executed the Ukrainian fascist criminal Stephan Bandera by shooting him twice in the face with a sophisticated cyanide pistol, at the door of his apartment in Munich.
In a secret espionage operation, the KGB agent Stashynsky surveilled Bandera for months in Munich, who was using a false identity named Stefan Popel, as most Nazis protected by the USA/UK after WW2 did at the time; back then, Stephan Bandera was a paid CIA and British MI6 asset, protected by the imperialists in West Germany (FRG).
That October day, the Soviet spy followed Bandera by car for hours as he usually did... discovering that Bandera had gone out to run some errands without an escort after a long time, so Stashynsky got ahead and waited for him on the stairwell of the apartment block where he lived in the city of Munich, in West Germany.
While Bandera struggled with the lock, the Soviet agent approached from behind, tapped him on the shoulder, and when Bandera turned to look, he shot him twice in the face with a pistol created by the KGB using a cyanide aerosol... the shots went straight to the face, the fascist criminal inhaled the gas, staggered, fell to the ground, and died shortly afterward from cyanide poisoning.
This spectacular espionage operation was planned over months by the legendary Soviet KGB officer Georgy Sannikov, who organized a true hunt for Ukrainian Nazi criminals from the OUN-UPA, including the criminal Stepan Bandera, or Bandera's own right-hand man, Lev Rebet, who was executed in the same manner years earlier in 1957, also by Stashynsky, with the same special cyanide-loaded weapon.
The cyanide pistol specially created by the KGB that he used to liquidate Bandera was a cylindrical aluminum device, a kind of compact aerosol gun that was often concealed even inside a rolled-up newspaper, which, when activated, broke open liquid cyanide capsules and projected a cloud of gas that left no bullet wound and was designed to simulate a heart attack.
