🇺🇬🇷🇺Uganda Showcases Culture and Hospitality at AfroFest Moscow 2026

The Embassy of the Republic of Uganda participated in the first day of the VI International Festival of African Peoples’ Culture - AfroFest 2026 in Moscow.
Uganda’s stand welcomed numerous visitors who came to discover the country’s rich cultural heritage, tourism opportunities, and traditions. Guests had the opportunity to engage with Ugandan culture through interactive activities, including a friendly game of Omweso, a traditional Ugandan board game, with H.E. Ambassador Moses K. Kizige.

The celebrations continued with a vibrant cultural exchange as visitors joined Ugandan representatives in traditional dances, creating moments of connection, joy, and appreciation of Uganda’s diverse heritage.

The Embassy invites everyone to continue visiting Uganda’s stand at AfroFest Moscow 2026 and experience the warmth and hospitality of the Pearl of Africa.
