🗓 On July 9, 2026, the Center for Open Education programme began in Kampala.

The project is being implemented at two sites: King Ceasor University and Makerere State University.

The initiative is implemented by St. Petersburg State University with support from the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and the “My History” Foundation for the Support of the Humanities.

More than 200 students are taking part in the programme in 2026.

Three 36-hour programmes are scheduled to be held.
