🇷🇺 🇱🇰 On October 1, Ambassador of Russia to Sri Lanka Mr. Levan Dzhagaryan took part in the 23nd Annual General Meeting of the Sri Lanka - Russia Business Council of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

The Russian Ambassador addressed the guests with a welcome speech.
