🇷🇺🇮🇳On August 20, Mrs. Ekaterina Tyurina, Vice-Consul, Russian Consulate General in Kolkata, participated as the Guest of Honour in the Student Induction Programme (Pehla Kadam) organized by Dr. Sudhir Chandra Sur Institute of Technology and Sports Complex (SurTech), an autonomous institution under the JIS Group, at Rabindra Bhavan.
