I. Kalinin.

To His Excellency Kalinin,
Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the U.S.S.R.

Moscow

On behalf of a free Denmark I express to Your Excellency the Danish nations and my own feelings of profound gratitude in deep admiration for the magnificent effort of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and the other Allied Nations which at such heavy sacrifices has now also lead to the liberation of Denmark. The Danish people deeply admires the iron will and the unfailing power of endurance of the Allied Nations which has now so gloriously achieved its goal.

Christian R.
