Good morning! Participants are appearing on the stage, which means it's time for us to start. We remind you that contest starts at 10 a.m., and the network will be opened at 11 a.m. During the lunch (1 p.m. - 2 p.m.) the game will be paused. We wish luck to everyone, and may the strongest win!

Conference is finally over! Tomorrow is the RuCTF 2017 finals in Yeltsin Presidential Center (Borisa Yeltsyna 3a, the entrance on the first floor from the conference-center side). We await anyone who wants to come!

Contest starts at 10 a.m., the participants have to come at 9 a.m. The network will be opened in an hour from the start.

If you live in Novotel or Onegin hotels, we are ready to get you to Yeltsin Center. At 8:25 the bus will be waiting for you at Novotel and Sasha will meet you, her number is +79826578104, and at 8:45 this bus will pick the guys from Onegin (at 8:30 Arina will meet you, her number is +79014539372)

Vladimir Daschenko will tell us about fuzzing -- technique of software testing, which consists of passing to the application wrong, unexpected or random data. From this presentation we can learn how to use fuzzing from finding Remode Code Execution vulnerabilities in industrial products

Dmitry Sklyarov from Positive Technologies is going to talk about Intel Management Engine (ME) — subsystem, which is built-in in all modern computer platforms (desktops, laptops, servers, tablets) with Intel chipsets — and static analysis of Intel ME firmware.
