We hosted an intimate crypto meetup during Money 20/20 Asia focused on the intersection of TON, blockchain infrastructure, and traditional finance.

Here are the key takeaways:
1. Token architecture matters — Most teams design tokens for trading, not for payments. If you want TradFi integration, your token structure has to support it from day one.

2. KYC/AML patterns should not break developer experience. The teams moving fastest aren't ignoring KYC — they're architecting it into their flows so it doesn't create friction.

3. Wallets are the bottleneck, not the blockchain. TON can handle 1M TPS, but most wallets can't handle 100K concurrent users without degrading. That's where the engineering focus needs to be.
