Americans want a secure border. The recent bill would have been worse than doing nothing by codifying POTUS’s open border policies into law.

We didn’t want an immigration bill. We wanted something to force Biden to use the authority he has to secure the border.

Unfortunately, the secret negotiations led to a debacle that gave Democrats political cover for their open border policies.
