🇾🇪🇸🇦⚡- BREAKING: Aidaros al-Zubaidi, President of Yemen's UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC), has issued his first public statement in nine months following the collapse of the Aden-based STC administration.

Al-Zubaidi condemned the recent Ansarullah attacks on Saudi Arabia and called on southern Yemenis to mobilize and maintain a high state of readiness.

Note, no major non-PLC-aligned STC formation is currently participating in the fighting against Ansarullah, explaining the relative calm along the Ad Dali front. Earlier this year, the Southern Giants Brigades, Shabwah Emergency Forces, Rapid Intervention Forces, Abyan Emergency Forces, and Division 22 all underwent forced leadership changes and subsequently pledged allegiance to the Presidential Leadership Council, PLC, hence their participation in the hostilities against the Ansarullah.
