🇳🇵⚡️- Nepalese mountaineer and former British Gurkha Nirmal Purja, who’s best known for summiting all 14 eight-thousanders in six months, has gone missing after an avalanche on Broad Peak, an eight-thousander in the Karakoram range, swept him and his entire crew away.

Purja’s likely death is the most high-profile mountaineering death in quite some time.
