⚡️ URGENT: Damascus announces to invade North-East-Syria

Today the Syrian Transitional Government (STG) declared Deir Hafer and its countryside as a military zone (Map). Deir Hafer is part of the self-administration of North and East Syria. An attack would probably be the start of an full scale war of the Turkish backed STG on the Revolution. In its declaration the STG adapts the language of the Turkish State, claiming the SDF would fight alongside PKK and even Assad remnants and Iranian forces. This attempt to legitimize attacks comes after Turkish troop movements in the eastern countryside of Aleppo and intensified Artillery shelling. We expect an larger scale attack on Dayr Hafr.

The attacks by an alliance of STG, various islamist and jihadist groups and Turkey are seemingly backed politically by the USA, the UK and the E.U. We call on everyone, especially in Europe to mobilize against the War on North-East Syria and its supporters.
