The Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria:

📌 The ongoing attacks on the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods of Aleppo, carried out by factions affiliated with the Syrian Transitional Government, constitute a systematic criminal act directly targeting unarmed civilians.

📌 The inability of these factions to achieve any military progress on the ground has driven them to adopt a policy of indiscriminate and deliberate shelling, targeting residential areas, hospitals, and service facilities.

📌 The repeated targeting of hospitals and health centers cannot be considered an accident or a military error; rather, it is a deliberate act aimed at paralyzing life in the two neighborhoods.

📌 The continuation of these grave crimes and violations threatens to lead to massacres against civilians.

📌 We hold the Turkish state directly responsible for these crimes.
