We have removed the crypto rebates we applied in our testing period. Going forward, all rebates will be based on the public rebate tiers, as published in our docs - this is all onchain and verifiable.

People also have asked about some accounts being given a different tier rebate than the volume those accounts appear to do - context: some market makers split their trading among multiple accounts and as long as they hit their volume aggregated across all, they keep their tier for each account. This option is available to all traders, and you can apply for it. You must have proof you hit the volume tier before; if you don't hit the volume threshold on the aggregated accounts, we will remove those tiers from those accounts.
