Aero Launches October 21 Across Seven Chains

Aero confirmed its October 21 launch at 8:00 PM EDT. The exchange formed by merging Aerodrome and Velodrome goes live on seven chains, each with a full deployment.

Robinhood Chain and Arbitrum join Base, Ethereum Mainnet, OP Mainnet, Arc and Ink on the final launch list, adding a fast-growing ecosystem and deep DeFi liquidity.

Metaswaps will swap tokens across chains using onchain liquidity rather than offchain counterparties. LPs deposit into Slipstream pools with Dynamic Fees and MEV capture, while sAERO holders direct AERO Rewards across all seven chains via Predictive Allocation and share exchange revenue. Anyone can create a market and post incentives to pull liquidity ahead of demand. The AER Engine caps rewards per pool to track projected revenue and curb inflation.

Aerodrome and Velodrome chains make up about 17% of EVM spot volume, and Aero expects to roughly triple that. The audit contest is done and the app is entering final QA.
