❗On October 5, 2026 the 225th session of the Executive Board of UNESCO, one of the governing bodies of the Organization consisting of 58 member states, opens in Paris. Russia is participating as an observer.

▪️It is planned to consider a wide range of issues within the mandate of the Organization - in the fields of education, science, culture, information and communication.

▪️The Russian delegation is headed by the Permanent Delegate of the Russian Federation to UNESCO H.E.Mr. Rinat Alyautdinov.

▪️The session of the UNESCO Executive Board will last until October 20, 2026.
