HUD sent a letter yesterday informing us that they were doubling down on their investigation, with the intention of escalating it to an Administrative Law Judge or a federal court.
Even after facing a federal lawsuit, they continue to make the same embarrassing errors in violation of our constitutional and civil rights. They blatantly and intentionally mischaracterized social media posts about living in community as "advertisements" to sell real estate. They are attempting to criminalize pro-White speech and appreciation of European heritage. Furthermore, they continued adding additional individuals to the investigation without formally notifying them. We are unsure how they can require a 10-day response time from people who they have not even communicated with.
Our attorneys met today and are determining the appropriate response. Please consider setting up a recurring donation to our legal defense fund, so we can continue to defend your rights against government overreach. Our goal is to impose a serious obstacle whenever and wherever the government attempts to oppress traditional American families and egregiously deny their constitutional rights in the country that our own forefathers created.
