H The reason why we need to call fresh pairs and take the risk on rugs sometimes is because if a coin doesn't run or become a winner within the first 1 hour it goes from 85% chance of being a winner to 15-16% chance. Food for thought.
Oh also this is just regime data so focused on the market as it is now, I have to mention that as a caveat - market gets better and better these stats are out the window.
